Hi I’m Janet Cross, I’ve been teaching Dru Yoga and meditation for 10 years and absolutely love it. Now I’m in my 50’s I realise I need to make my health, both mental and physical a priority. I want to live the second half of my life happy, healthy with a deep sense of wellbeing. I love learning about new research on natural and simple ways to honour our wellbeing. I feel passionate about sharing this knowledge with those who are ready to make themselves and their wellbeing a priority too. I’m committed to empower others to enjoy the wholehearted and peaceful life they deserve.
